What is a site-specific world-model package?
A package is a structured output derived from one real site, its capture evidence, and the rights and access context attached to that evidence.
Exact site, not generic scene
Blueprint packages are meant to answer questions about a specific real place. They should not be treated as generic training data or proof for unrelated locations.
Evidence stays attached
The package should keep capture provenance, timestamps, routes, device context, rights, and privacy labels visible enough for a buyer to inspect the basis of the output.
